Baker Assistant
We are hiring a skilled and reliable Baker Assistant to join our team in a busy bakery in the US. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bakery or culinary environment, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools
- Follow health and safety standards when handling food products

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or culinary environment preferred
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment in the US
