Industrial Architect



As an experienced Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and create design proposals
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the potential of a location for construction
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
- Monitor the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Make necessary adjustments to plans as needed during the construction phase
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of structural engineering principles
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
