Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our Pakistani restaurant in Balzers. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and training and managing kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Pakistani restaurant
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Pakistani cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Ability to create innovative and authentic dishes while maintaining food costs
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase traditional Pakistani dishes while incorporating modern techniques
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability without compromising quality
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management on special events or promotions
