Metal Fabricator

We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team in Porto. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures and products using various tools and techniques. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various hand and power tools such as shears, saws, and welding equipment
- Weld or solder components together to create structures or products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before delivery
- Repair damaged metal parts or products using appropriate techniques
- Operate machinery such as lathes, drills, and presses to fabricate metal parts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and bending metal pieces
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG/TIG/stick)
- Ability to operate machinery such as lathes, drills, and presses
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
