Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our company's operations in Greenland. Your main objective will be to identify potential clients, build strong relationships with them, and provide them with the best solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through effective coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Understand clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions while maintaining profitability
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive results through effective coaching
- Knowledge of the Greenland market is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for foreign candidates.
Location:
This position is based in Greenland but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
