Merchandiser - Product Specialist

Our company is in need of a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Merchandiser to join our team in Acre. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are visually appealing and strategically placed in retail locations. This role requires experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail locations to set up product displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at retail locations, restocking as needed
- Work closely with sales team to understand product demand and adjust displays accordingly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to make recommendations for product positioning
- Train retail staff on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1100 per month

This position is open exclusively to Indian nationals who have the required experience. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
