We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Esbjerg. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with various needs during their stay. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this role, but candidates with previous customer service experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
