Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support and motivation
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to individuals
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of projects
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or training as needed
- Identify training needs for the team and coordinate relevant training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is an asset
