Team Lead - Kolding, Denmark



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. As a Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your team, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.

As a successful candidate, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry. You should also have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience with project management and budgeting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Create reports on team performance for upper management
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with project management and budgeting preferred
