Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main task will be to ensure that these spaces are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for industrial buildings and structures
- Select appropriate materials and construction techniques based on the project requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience working on industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Vilnius preferred
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but remote work options may be available.
