Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (for non-EU citizens)
