Industrial Architect

Our architectural firm in Vilnius is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Extensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time
