We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various factory machines to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating machinery in a factory setting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer visa sponsorship for Indian nationals. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating machinery in a factory setting
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed
