Tiler Supervisor


We are a reputable construction company based in the United States, currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure high-quality tiling work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tiling teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new tilers, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Estimate material requirements for each project and order necessary supplies
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report any issues or delays to management
- Collaborate with designers and other contractors to plan tiling layouts and designs
- Manage budgets and approve expenses related to tiling projects
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, project costs, and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a tiler with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different tiling materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with others
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Attention to detail with a focus on meeting high-quality standards
- Valid work visa or permanent residency in the United States

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per week.

Location:
This position is based in the United States. However, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who have the necessary qualifications.
