A reputable construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, suitable for Pakistani nationals who do not require English language skills. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plastering and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling
- Measure and mix ingredients to create plaster mixtures
- Apply plaster using various tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Create different textures and patterns on the surface of the plaster
- Smooth out rough edges and ensure even coverage
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Familiarity with different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills (Hebrew/Arabic preferred but not required)
- Valid work visa for Israel (sponsorship not provided)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday-Friday. The job does not include accommodation or meals. You will be required to provide your own tools, but all necessary materials will be provided by the company. This is an urgent opening, so candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
