Senior Architect - Acre, India
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Your expertise in building codes, construction techniques, and materials will ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also supervise a team of architects and provide guidance throughout the design process. This position is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced architect who is passionate about creating sustainable and visually stunning buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and make necessary changes
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance on design concepts, materials, etc.
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into projects for improved functionality and sustainability
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Salary: $900 per month
