Plastering Assistant


We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Plastering Assistant to join our team in Vilnius. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is interested in learning the trade and gaining valuable experience in the field of plastering.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Plasterers with preparation of materials and tools
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper
- Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out and shape plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Clean up work area after job completion
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of basic construction techniques is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from lead Plasterers

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$. However, there is room for growth as you gain more experience and develop your skills.

Location:
The job is located in Vilnius. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. We are looking for candidates who are able to secure their own housing in Vilnius.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals due to language requirements on the job site.

Language Requirements:
No English language skills required for this position. However, basic knowledge of Lithuanian or Russian would be beneficial.
