This role will involve working with various stakeholders to identify key business insights and make data-driven recommendations. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify key trends and patterns in the data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and recommend new tools or techniques to improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics)
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
