Light Driver


We are currently hiring a Light Driver to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our company vehicle to transport goods and personnel to various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Transport goods and personnel to designated locations
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
- Adhere to all safety protocols during loading and unloading of goods
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, etc.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any changes in schedule or route plans

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a light driver
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position. Please note that this is a contract job without accommodation provided.
