Cleaner - Housekeeping Specialist (US)

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are tidy and well-stocked with supplies
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and recycling
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when restocking is necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
