Female Concierge

The ideal candidate for our luxury hotel in Odense is a professional and courteous Female Concierge who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your main duties will include making reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and handling guest requests.

To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area. You should also be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Previous experience as a concierge or in a hospitality role is preferred.

As a Female Concierge, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
