Construction Manager (Part-Time)


We are seeking a part-time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Kolding. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget management
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
