Hotel Sales Manager in Beer-Sheva, Egypt



We are currently seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients and maintaining good relations with existing clients. You will also be expected to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain regular contact to promote hotel services
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's offerings
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional events
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
