Hotel Sales Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue for our hotel. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our hotel's amenities and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to secure bookings
- Actively promote the hotel's services, facilities, and packages to potential clients through various channels such as sales calls, site visits, and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus commission based on performance.

Working Hours:
