We are in search of a skilled Welding Technician to join our team in Shan, China. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal products according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding to fabricate and repair metal products
- Read engineering drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process for each project
- Set up welding equipment, including gas tanks, welding torches, and electrodes
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards before beginning the welding process
- Operate hand and power tools such as grinders and saws to prepare materials for welding
- Monitor the welding process and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper penetration and fusion of metals
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of welds
- Clean and maintain welding equipment regularly to ensure safe operation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational training or certification in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Welding Technician or Welder
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Good physical dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
