Our company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using the Python programming language. You will also be involved in designing, testing, and debugging code to ensure high-quality and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software applications using Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new features
- Optimize code for improved performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies related to Python development
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Python programming language and its libraries/frameworks (such as Django or Flask)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred
- Experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time position

Location: Svalbard (relocation assistance available)
