IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and systems of our company in the US. You will work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. Your role will also involve managing a team of IT professionals, setting departmental goals, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with company goals
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of hardware, software, and network systems
- Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and monitor budgets for technology expenses
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, and security protocols
- Proven experience in developing technology strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments

Salary: $900/month (without accommodation)
Location: US (preference for women candidates)
