Restaurant Manager: Alta, Norway



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the scenic city of Alta, Norway. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote restaurant events and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Norway

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodations provided by the company.
