Office Assistant (Monte-Carlo)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, suitable for women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling expense reports
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday
Salary: 1500$ per month.
