Office Assistant in Monte-Carlo
We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring their accuracy and completeness
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Italian is a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time with flexibility for occasional overtime
