Fitter Supervisor

A well-established construction company in Aarhus is seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$, as well as accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

As the Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of fitters and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and managing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of fitters in their daily tasks and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and within given timelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Train new fitters on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tools, techniques, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is an asset)
