We are a growing construction company seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Nizwa. As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of metals, such as steel, aluminum, and copper, and be able to read and interpret blueprints. You must also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Select appropriate materials and tools for each project
- Inspect work pieces for defects and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Own visa or able to obtain necessary work permit in Nizwa
