As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create unique designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences for specific occasions
- Provide recommendations on flower types, colors, and arrangements based on budget and occasion
- Order and purchase flowers from suppliers to ensure availability of desired materials
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the freshness of all flowers in stock
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their seasonality
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in floral design is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Siauliai, but we welcome applicants from all over the world who have the required skills and qualifications.

Note: This job is open to both Indian nationals as well as other nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred. Biometric passport is required for non-EU citizens.
