We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology department and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, creating and implementing IT policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date with new technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee the maintenance of all company systems including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls and backup systems
- Manage budget for the IT department and ensure cost-effective operations
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within the company
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security systems, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with different departments
- Experience managing a budget for an IT department is preferred

Salary: $1100 per month
