Construction Project Manager for High-End Residential Projects in Monte-Carlo

As a Construction Project Manager for our high-end residential projects in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are being met.
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
