We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team on a part-time basis in Fonvieille. As the Part-Time Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a small team of employees, ensuring that they meet their goals and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a small team of employees on a part-time basis
- Ensure that team members are meeting their goals and deadlines
- Motivate and support team members to achieve their best performance
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to management
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French (both written and verbal)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The exact schedule can be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this part-time position.
