Job Title: Freelance Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Freelance Floral Designer to join our team in Randers. As a freelance designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and events, creating beautiful floral arrangements for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the event.
- Source and select high-quality flowers and materials for each project.
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing and artistic manner.
- Set up and install arrangements at event venues as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the design process.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in floral design to ensure modern and innovative creations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or similar role.
- Excellent artistic skills with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition.
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with clients and event planners.
- Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different event styles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to provide your own tools and transportation for events.

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1600 per month. Additional compensation may be provided for larger events or projects.

Location:
This is a freelance position based in Randers. No accommodation will be provided.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have the legal right to work in Randers.
