Hotel Sales Manager (Filipino)
Location: Acre, Philippines



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Acre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and networking events
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conducting regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to create attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
- Managing the sales team and providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Preparing sales reports for management review on a regular basis

Requirements:

- Prior experience in hotel sales or relevant field
- Strong communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
