Architecture Manager - Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. Your role will involve working closely with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects within the company
- Provide technical guidance and support to architects, engineers, and designers
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Pakistan
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
