Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to load and move materials on job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, backhoes, and excavators
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, or rail cars
- Transport materials to designated areas using the machinery
- Inspect machinery before and after use for any damages or malfunctions
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and work completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of construction regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret job site plans and maps
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

Benefits:
We offer competitive pay starting at 1800$ per month. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime opportunities. We also provide training opportunities for career development. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
