We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains safe and welcoming for all members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online platform to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines
- Respond to user reports and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and address any potential issues or violations of community guidelines
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community moderation

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in community management or moderation
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion

Preference will be given to candidates with experience moderating forums or discussion groups related to the gaming or entertainment industry. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
