Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages. You will assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and looking to start their career as a Barista.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure the quality of drinks by following proper preparation techniques
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (accommodation not provided)
