Junior Commercial Architect
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work alongside experienced architects and learn the ins and outs of commercial architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and plans for commercial buildings
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to gather project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications and building codes
- Research materials and products to be used in projects
- Communicate with contractors and construction workers during the building process to ensure designs are accurately implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
