Junior Commercial Architect

We are currently seeking a creative and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, offices, and retail spaces. You will collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop innovative designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level architect to gain valuable experience in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and research to gather information for project design
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings to present design proposals
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation provided)
