Commercial Architect
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your main duties will include creating blueprints, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed blueprints for commercial buildings based on client requirements and budget
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design suggestions
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that the construction process follows the approved plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Make necessary changes to designs based on client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction
- Stay updated on new building materials, techniques, and technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect, preferably in Chelyabinsk or other Russian cities
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in various industries such as retail, hospitality, or office spaces
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Russian is highly preferred but not required
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
