We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on our properties. This position requires someone with experience in various fields such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping. Our ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have previous experience working in a similar role. Indian nationals with a valid work visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
- Valid work visa for Russia (sponsorship available)
