Experienced Handyman in Chelyabinsk


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing light fixtures, and painting walls
- Conduct inspections and identify any potential issues that may require repair
- Repair or replace equipment, appliances, and fixtures as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while completing tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
