Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage and expand our existing client base through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the industry
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for foreigners (visa sponsorship available)
