Our solar installation company is seeking an Entry-Level Solar Installer to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1800$. We welcome candidates without prior experience in solar installation and provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced solar installers with all aspects of residential and commercial solar installations
- Learn how to safely handle and install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installations

Requirements:

- No prior experience required, but experience in construction or electrical work is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
