A busy restaurant in Esbjerg, Denmark is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during our peak season. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure smooth operations
- Train and supervise new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to keep up with demand
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability

Benefits:
